The product is created based on your photographs and your wishes. Once your design is approved, you can choose to receive a digital product or order a pillowcase with your accepted image. When you purchase a digital product, you can print that image onto any other item. I can also offer printing on bed linen or blankets. ✅ Order procedure

1. You choose a digital product or print on a pillowcase and choose a size

2. I receive an order notification from you and contact you as soon as possible

3. You send me a photo and a message with your wishes about the design | color, frame, and additional elements |

4. I process your order within 3-5 days and send you a design option

5. We achieve a result that suits you and, depending on what you chose, I either send you a file size 5000x5000 px, 300dpi, or send the product for printing

6. Once the product is manufactured, I will send you a tracking number

• if the color is very different, for example, in the image approved, the color is soft yellow and brown, and you received a product with very bright shades - bright yellow and red-orange

• in the event of a printing defect, such as small streaks of more than 2 mm or unprinted areas

• in the event of a defective product, for example, it is not sewn evenly, the zipper on the product does not work
